is vital in ensuring a superior guest experience, providing
seamless service and specialized attention throughout the nocturnal
hours. The ideal candidate will embody our dedication to
outstanding hospitality, leveraging a tradition of innovation to
enhance guest stays during the night shift. Welcome and check in
guests with a professional demeanor, offering assistance with
check-in and any immediate needs. Manage reservations, guest
services, and handle special requests with precision and care.
Solve any guest issues promptly ensuring guest satisfaction,
maintaining politeness and professionalism. Monitor and maintain
safety and security of guests and property; conduct regular patrols
and report any suspicious activities. Prepare daily reports on
guest interactions, incidents, and other relevant activities.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure quality service
delivery throughout all guest touchpoints. Provide detailed
information regarding facilities, services, and events at the
hotel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong
ability to handle stress and multitask during late hours.
Proficient in the use of hospitality software and systems.
Awareness of safety and security protocols. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification
in hotel operations or guest service preferred. First Aid and CPR
certifications are advantageous.
