Job Description:
Aramark is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Chick-fil-A Location
Manager for our operation at Alabama A&M University. In this
role, you will be pivotal in maintaining the precise execution of
Aramark’s commitment to excellence while aligning with
Chick-fil-A's high standards of customer service and quality. As a
Location Manager, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant
management including financial performance, product production,
inventory, personnel, and customer service. Your leadership will
ensure a hospitable, efficient, and enthusiastic environment,
fostering a team that consistently delivers the signature
Chick-fil-A customer experience. Manage day-to-day operations
ensuring compliance with Aramark and Chick-fil-A standards. Lead
and develop a high-performing team through training, coaching, and
performance management. Maintain precise inventory controls and
manage operating costs to budget. Drive customer service
excellence, responding efficiently to customer feedback and
maintaining high service standards. Ensure compliance with health,
safety, and sanitation regulations. Implement marketing strategies
that align with both Aramark’s and Chick-fil-A’s mission and brand
values. Prepare detailed reports on financial performance, employee
performance, and operational compliance. Strong leadership and
people management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Proven ability to manage budgets and financial planning
Experience in inventory management and procurement Knowledge of
food safety and sanitation regulations Medical Insurance Dental

Protection Manager Certification required Any additional
