The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations in various departments, ensuring that each facet of the facility runs smoothly and aligns with our high standards of hospitality. Supervise daily operations across departments such as front desk, housekeeping, and concierge services. Ensure all staff deliver exceptional customer service that aligns with Marriott's standards. Manage staff schedules, training, and development opportunities. Monitor budgeting, inventory, and cost-efficiency processes. Address guest concerns and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction rates. Implement and maintain health and safety protocols. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
