The Talent Acquisition team is seeking an Hourly Staffing Recruiter help support hourly hiring for our US Manufacturing and Distribution Center locations. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team of strong executors in a continuous learning environment. An ideal candidate for this role will be a skilled communicator with experience in light industrial or manufacturing recruiting, have a creative/innovative approach in how they source talent, takes ownership in the sites that they are aligned to, treating those site stakeholders as clients, and has a strong desire to make an impact.

You must have excellent interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication, be able to meet deadlines with a proactive approach to projects, and have a strong background with Microsoft Office.

The team is ready to act immediately on those candidates who are the best fit for the role. You'll first hear from someone in Talent Acquisition to schedule a phone screen, the next step will be a personal interview with the hourly recruiting leader. EDUCATION: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or an equivalent field of study preferred.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 1-3 years' experience in recruiting or business marketing
• Ability to communicate effectively within all levels of the organization - Polished professional presence
• Strong Microsoft Office capability
• Knowledge of and experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems
• Open to learning and willing to be coached and developed
• Being an ambassador of our employment brand at all times
• Comfortable designing and delivering presentations to groups
• Ability to travel occasionally as needed (
