Job Summary and Qualifications As a Director of Human Resources- HRG, you will provide strategic HR support to our Human Resources department. Through HCA’s policies, programs, and practices, you will create the desired workforce culture. You will serve as a senior member and may support more strategic activities associated with acquisitions. What you will do in this role: • You will provide support to Division Leadership, Integrated Lines of Business VPs, Corporate Benefits, Vendors, Transition Managers and Directors, Payroll, IT&S, and the Corporate HRIS Team • Oversee and execute HR onboarding of acquired employees, with onsite support provided by ILOB HR • You will work with employee data files and interface with multiple support partners and vendors • You will proactively evaluate and recommend process improvements to increase efficiencies and quality • Develop HR solutions to meet evolving business needs pertaining to growth and change What you should have for this role: • Bachelor’s degree required • 7 years of experience in HR or related field • 5 years of experience in management preferred Human Resources Group empowers our people to grow and give purpose to the HCA Healthcare culture.
