confident and passionate Field Service Analyst to join our team. We
want IT professionals that understand that the client’s experience

Nashville, TN, Acumen Technology is a leading IT Managed Services
Provider focusing on financial institutions, healthcare, and other
industries that are serious about security and doing IT right.

nothing but GIFs. The Field Service Analyst Position This position
follows a hybrid schedule, splitting time between Acumen’s office
and client sites in Nashville, averaging four days onsite each
week. As the primary Tier 1 support for our clients, you’ll be the
first point of contact for technical assistance. We’re looking for
someone who loves what they do and enjoys solving problems. You’ll
work with technologies such as Windows 10/11, Azure, Microsoft
Entra, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and basic networking. Strong
communication and organizational skills are essential, clear
documentation, accurate time tracking, and attention to metrics
will help keep everything running smoothly. Work From Home/In

successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential
