Job Description:
At UniFirst Corporation, we play a critical role in shaping the

and facility services. We are currently seeking a Route Service
Manager to oversee our delivery and service operations across
routes, ensuring effective management and satisfaction across our
diverse client base. This role requires strategic operational
abilities, leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering
exceptional client services. Lead, train, and manage a team of
Route Service Representatives and supervise day-to-day activities
to achieve the highest levels of customer service. Monitor route
activity to ensure that deliveries are completed efficiently and on
time, and that they meet customer service standards. Manage
budgets, logistics, and resource allocation across assigned routes,
optimizing for cost-effectiveness and efficiency. Address customer
inquiries and resolve issues, maintaining a high level of customer
satisfaction. Implement health and safety policies, ensuring
compliance with regulatory standards and company procedures across
all routes. Regularly review and assess performance metrics,
developing strategies to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
Collaborate with sales and management teams to integrate client
needs with business operations and support business growth and
retention. Strong leadership abilities and effective team
management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution
capabilities. Strong organizational skills and the ability to
manage multiple priorities. Proficient in using logistics and route
management software. Medical Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Certified in Logistics, Transportation and Distribution (CLTD)
preferred. Certification in Supply Chain Management Professional
(SCMP) is advantageous.
