J & M Tank Lines is seeking dedicated and professional Class A CDL Truck Drivers to join our team. As a part of our team, you will handle the operation of state-of-the-art trucks, ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods. Safely drive and operate your assigned vehicles for extended periods to transport goods to and from various locations. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure that the vehicle complies with federal and state regulations and is safe for operation. Maintain logs of working hours or of vehicle service or repair status, adhering to federal and state regulations. Coordinate with dispatch and transportation management to fulfill work orders efficiently. Report any incidents or accidents immediately to the company management and ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately and promptly. Follow all company policies regarding vehicle maintenance and safety protocols. Ensure cargo is secured properly compliant with safety requirements and follow all safety procedures for transporting hazardous materials. Strong driving skills with a clean driving record. Proficiency in using GPS and other routing systems. Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines. Knowledge of load securing, vehicle maintenance, and safety compliance. Capable of handling physical workload. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). Completion of a certified truck driving school or equivalent training. Hazmat endorsement preferred but not required.
