Our Ethridge, TN branch is actively seeking enthusiastic Non-CDL Driver/Warehouse Workers to grow with us. Position: Non-CDL Driver / Warehouse Worker This role involves driving approximately 40% of the time and assisting in the warehouse 60% of the time . Responsibilities: Deliver and unload materials to multiple sites safely Pull, load, and organize warehouse stock Assist with inventory control and warehouse operations Perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 80 lbs. Operate forklifts (experience preferred) Maintain a clean driving record and follow company safety policies Requirements: Minimum age: 19 years General knowledge of building industry products Map reading and navigation skills Comfortable working at heights (ladders, rooftops) Good driving record Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 4:30 pm (hours may vary) Mandatory overtime as required Compensation & Benefits: Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits include: 401(k) with company match (after 90 days) Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Disability insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) / Health Savings Account (HSA) Paid time off If you are reliable, hardworking, and eager to grow in a supportive environment, CRBS wants you on our team!
