Job Description ?nin Staffing is currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Paint Assistant . This position supports the painting department by preparing surfaces, mixing materials, maintaining equipment, and assisting painters with daily tasks. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with excellent growth potential for the right candidate. Work Experience Previous experience in a painting or manufacturing environment is a plus Basic understanding of surface prep, paint mixing, and paint shop safety Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a physically active role Willingness to learn and grow within the role Key Responsibilities: Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, or masking as required Mix paint and other finishing materials following instructions or formulas Assist painters with application tasks and moving materials or equipment Maintain cleanliness of the paint area, tools, and supplies Set up and break down painting stations and equipment Follow all safety guidelines and use proper personal protective equipment (PPE) Report material needs or equipment issues to the supervisor Benefits Weekly pay Affordable medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid time off and holiday pay (eligibility required) Free Teammate Benefits Program: legal services, counseling, education & more Opportunities for overtime and long-term placement Mobile access to job info, pay history, and resources through the ?nin App
