Shift (Production) Location: Madison AL | Shift: 2nd Shift Are you
a strong English and Spanish communicator with manufacturing or
production experience? We’re looking for a hands-on, people-focused
Team Lead to support and guide a hardworking crew on the 2nd shift.
What You’ll Do: Lead a team of production workers and keep things
running smoothly Help bridge communication between English and
Spanish-speaking team members Train and coach team members on
safety, quality, and performance Keep shift goals on track and
report key updates to supervisors Promote a positive, respectful,
and productive work environment What We’re Looking For: Bilingual
(English/Spanish) – must be comfortable giving direction in both At
least 2 years in manufacturing or production, with leadership
experience preferred Great communication skills, strong attention
to detail, and a team-first attitude Willingness to work in a
