Field Service Technician I - Nashville, TN The company is a global

to perform basic troubleshooting to service, and maintain ATMs, so

Hourly Rate: The hourly rate of pay is $14.00. Additional
compensation: In addition to the hourly rate, this role pays an

of pay. What you’ll do as a Field Service Technician I: • Follow
Safety and Security Procedures when working on ATMs. You will learn
this on Day 1. • Complete the company’s specific Trainings and
Certifications on our training website. • Diagnose problems based
on the error logs from the ATM and information provided from our
service app using a company provided cell phone. • Perform minor
maintenance and repairs on ATMs, both indoors and outdoors. •
Responsible for accurate and prompt reporting of updates and
details of the work performed at the ATM, including call closure
details. • Maintain parts inventory and related records. •
Accurately reporting hours worked and miles driven daily. Basic
Qualifications: • Must reside in the specified geographic area. •
High School Diploma or equivalent. • Must be authorized to work in
the US. • Possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a driving
record that meets company requirements. • Access to reliable
transportation for work purposes. • Familiarity and ability to use
and operate an Android cell phone (company provided). • Ability to
perform essential functions of the job which include: o Prolonged
travel during several hours of the workday, which includes
inclement weather. o Carrying and lifting tools, parts, and
equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance. • Bending,
squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, working with your
hands, and repetitively grasping and manipulating objects of
varying size. • This role requires proof of the following minimum
insurance coverage. o Bodily Injury Liability: Minimum $100,000 per
person and $300,000 per accident. o Property Damage Liability:
Minimum of $100,000 per accident. Your offer of employment is
contingent on you providing proof and maintaining the minimally
required insurance, and failure to do so may result in the
revocation of your employment offer or in the termination of your
employment. Required Availability, Experience, and Skillset: • You
may be dispatched daily on a call-by-call basis or have a daily
schedule. • Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule
including nights, weekends, overtime, and or flex shifts. • Must be
able to safely work outside during all seasons with potential
exposure to the elements. • Must have a high level of personal
integrity and work well with minimal supervision. • Must have Basic
Electrical and Mechanical aptitude, skillset, and knowledge. • Must
have good problem-solving skills, be able to pick up new skills
quickly, and work well under pressure. Preferred Qualifications: •
An associate degree is preferred. • Previous experience with NCR or
