Overview of Position:

The Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Specialist will play an important role in supporting the Change Healthcare Diversity and Inclusion strategy through providing day-to-day project/program management and support for the Talent Management and Diversity and Inclusion team. This role will assist in the design, development and delivery of diversity and inclusion programs and initiatives that increase awareness and understanding of D&I and employee engagement. The Diversity and Inclusion Specialist will manage projects from concept through final implementation. Interfaces with all areas affected by the project and program which may include various departments (e.g. human resources, internal communications, etc.). Provides project related timeline and regular status updates to all stakeholders. Provides program administration activities for D&I programs and facilitates key D&I coursework to all employees and leaders. We would prefer the candidate be based out of the Nashville or Alpharetta office of Change Healthcare, with some possible flexibility around the location.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

Program Management: Provides support and direct management of the Change Healthcare Business Resource Groups (BRGS). Works cross functionally with Marketing, Internal Communications, Community Giving and other groups to support the BRGs and D&I various initiatives and programs. Helps review and manage budgets for BRGs. Additionally, achieves program objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic Diversity and Inclusion plans. Coordinates implementation, communication and change management plans as necessary. Keep current on BRG and D&I best practices, updates and trends to integrate as appropriate.

Training Facilitation, Diversity and Inclusion coursework: Delivers key coursework to support Diversity and Inclusion programs and initiatives. Introduces participants to content, fosters discussion, and takes steps to ensure learning transfer. Develops Diversity and Inclusion coursework, resources and tools to support learning. Develops metrics to asses the success of training and D&I programs.

Project Management: Manages key projects that support strategic objectives of the Diversity and Inclusion team. Defines deliverables, scope, and success metrics for each project. Establishes project plans including resource requirements, tasks, and assignments. Establishes regular communication and status update intervals for stakeholders. Identify risks and creates mitigation plans. Coordinates implementation, communication, and change management plans as necessary. Conducts after action reviews and recommends improvements. ?

Communication and Marketing: Helps develop communications and marketing material to support and promote BRGs and D&I programming. Assist in the development of content for internal and external D&I sites. Collaborate with Internal Communications and Marketing on company-wide D&I campaigns.

What are the requirements needed for this position?

3+ years of experience managing projects in a corporate environment

3+ years of experience with program management

3+ years of experience delivering training

Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Diversity and Inclusion, Organizational Effectiveness & Development, Learning & Development, Project Management, or another related field.

Travel: 25%
