  • Team Lead A: 9:00am-5:30pm - Monday-Friday---Pay:
    • 19.00 an hour Location:

          • Assists with translation and communication for Spanish-speaking team members and community.
          • Supports supervisors in developing, implementing, and maintaining policies and procedures.
          • Assists with daily attendance, documentation, and corrective actions.
          • Leads by example, providing training, motivation, and coaching to team members.
          • Collaborates with supervisors and managers to address personnel issues and requests.
          • Leads the warehouse team by actively participating in loading and unloading trucks, as well as performing other necessary duties.
          • Keeps up-to-date with all warehouse operations.
          • Manages safety programs and ensures the crew receives all required safety training.Work Experience Requirements:
            • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
            • 1 to 2 years related experience or equivalent
            • Current understanding of technology including but not limited to: emails, scanning, etc.
            • Knowledge of warehouse operations best practices
            • Demonstrated proficiency in supervising and motivating subordinates
            • Knowledge of warehouse policies and procedures including OSHA regulations, safety, etc.
