Job Description:

Seeking mortgage underwriters that have experience with both Conventional and Government loans to work in the quality assurance department of a great mortgage company in the Great Nashville area.

Reason for open position:

-The department and company are growing and they need another analyst to join the team.

-The department is a very personable, extremely low turnover, very cohesive team.

Manager:

The manager is tenured with wealth of knowledge in the mortgage industry. Known in the company to assist mortgage professionals to progress in their career and mentor them to do so.

What fits in this role:

If you have worked as an underwriter and ready to get rid of some of the stress that comes with underwriting. The QA Analyst will still have production goals and will have to maintain a low error rate, but still allows for less stress in the position.

OR a strong processor that is wanting to learn and to continue their career in the mortgage industry--at least 2-3 years of experience.

Important things to know:

-Thorough experience with Conventional and Government loans is an absolute must.

-Compliance- reviewing loans, TILA/RESPA

-Mortgage Quality Assurance audits
