We are looking for a -Business Development Strategy Analystto work -at our Corporate office inBrentwood, TN! If you possess a "whatever it takes attitude" keep reading.

It's hard to pinpoint a "typical" day here (and who wants typical anyway?), but in summaryyou'll have responsibility for growth support within current client portfolio or new client acquisition through tactical, efficient, responsive relationships with Premise team members within a designated operating region or assigned accounts. - You'll work collaboratively within Growth and with Operations departments to:

  • Support revenue and profit growth within existing client base
  • Enhance client relationships and facilitate contract renewals
  • Provide tactical support to ensure that Premise Health is viewed as a trusted, premier, innovative partner
  • Will be responsible for helping to achieve defined growth objectivesWhat You'll Do for Us:
    • Serve as an integral point of contact and support for our business development and/or operations team members. Team members should come to rely on the Analyst, Business Development Strategy for tactical support and execution around growth opportunities involving program enhancement, product and site expansion, and increasing member engagement. - This includes opportunities to describe our value proposition and proactively identify client needs related to program results, business trends, or relevant healthcare trends.
    • Supports existing client or new client growth initiatives
    • Coordinates and productively facilitates communication across remote sites and effectively navigates through matrixed team member relationships.
    • Demonstrates the ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of multiple lines of service and clients.
    • In partnership with Operations, identifies processes to improve overall performance of health centers and defines innovative measurements of performance standards to integrate corporate strategies.
    • Demonstrates strong business acumen and knowledge of staffing, capacity, ROI, budget, margins, service and product offerings, to implement and drive strategic and relevant operational outcomes.
    • Tactically identifies and solves complex problems effectively with an emphasis on developing proactive approaches utilizing internal (corporate and regional) support.
    • Identifies and requests participation from corporate departments in meetings as client or team member needs dictate.
    • Collaborates with operational teams around client/site meetings, committees, and task forces to support growth initiatives and goals.
    • Establishes regular communication across operations team to ensure effective cascade of information.
    • May be asked to complete ad hoc projects
    • Delivers support of up to 50 clients with multiple lines of service.
      • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience requiredExperience:
        • 3+ years' experience in a health care environment or related industryKnowledge and Skills:
          • Experience in supporting teams and complex initiatives
          • Outstanding communication skills. Experience presenting to and coordinating meetings, including preparation of agendas and presentation materials, presenting to decision-makers, documenting meeting minutes, addressing appropriate questions and directing follow-up
          • Demonstrated process or efficiency management
          • Strong PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook skills required
          • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills required
          • Excellent demonstrated follow up skills & attention to detail
          • Demonstrated ability to identify strategic opportunities and operationalize processes to drive outcomes
          • Ability to work both independently and as a team member
          • Ability to interact at all levels of the organization (both internal and external)
          • Strong relationship building skills
          • Proven ability to adapt and manage change
          • Demonstrated understanding of health information management systems preferred.
