LOCATION: Charlotte, NC (Up to 100% Travel)

OVERVIEW: Field Service Technician

We are looking for a Field Service Technician to join an industry-leading organization. The ideal candidate lives within 30 minutes of the airport as you will often be flying throughout your service region. In this role, you will be responsible for providing start-up, installation, warranty service, andgeneralsupport for the Service Network/customers in your assigned territory. RESPONSIBILITIES: Field Service Technician

• 
  
• Providetechnical and operational support for customers and partners.
  
• Proficient with electrical, plumbing, and mechanical aspects of machine installation, operation, and repair.
  
• Repair and maintenance of coffee and espresso machines.
  
• Provide superior customer service and maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and excellent communication.
  
• Handle and resolve more complex customer requests or complaints when necessary.
  
• Willingness to work various shift hours as assigned (including 10-hour shifts)
  
• Must be able to travel and work independently.
  
• Requires 100% travel
  
  REQUIREMENTS: Field Service Technician
  
  
  • 
    
  • High School Diploma/GED
    
  • 2 years of related work experience as a technician for a manufacturer or service provider
    
  • Ability to communicate with internal teams and clients
    
  • Excellent Customer Service
