Find out more at Envision AESC US is currently seeking a dynamic individual to fill an opening for an Internal Audit Manager based in our Smyrna, TN office.Job Title: Manager, Internal AuditJob ResponsibilitiesReview and evaluate Internal Control System/SoX of the companyConduct audit projects in accordance with the annual audit planFollow up identified audit issues to closureFollow any instructions from Audit CommitteeCompetence RequirementsBe mature and able to work independentlyExcellent client service and communications skills (oral and written)Analytical and process-oriented thinking, critical ability to judge as well as entrepreneurial spiritStrong interpersonal and consultative skills; ability to interact effectively and work diplomatically with individuals at all levelsAbility to expeditiously identify and assess issues and provide sound recommendations, consistent with good business practicesStrong leadership, sound judgment, and solid communication skillsEssential knowledgeMinimum 5 years of auditing (or similar) experienceWorking knowledge of SAP and proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel & PowerPointProfessional knowledge in internal controls for various processes of manufacturing companies, e.g., Finance, Purchasing, Logistics and SalesKnowledge of IFRS or US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).Education and CertificationsBachelor's degree or above in a business, management, finance, or accounting related field or relevant accounting education.Certificate of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and big 4 experience preferred Computer Skills and Required Software Experience:Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Physical RequirementsThe physical requirements described below are representative of those an employee must normally meet to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
