needs.Compensation:$39,000 - $45,000 Base + Commission - Bonus
OptionsResponsibilities:As my Sales Production Partner, you'll be
at the heart of our operations, taking on key tasks to ensure
seamless transactions and exceptional client experiences. Your
responsibilities will include:
- File Management & Organization: Meticulously clean up and
organize client files, ensuring smooth, error-free
transactions.
- Document Follow-Up: Proactively track and secure trailing
documents to keep deals moving forward efficiently.
- Client Communication: Monitor incoming texts, emails, and
messages from clients, responding promptly and scheduling regular
follow-ups to build lasting relationships.
- Field Engagement: Represent our brand by meeting and assisting
me with private clients, hosting open houses, and attending client
meetings, often after hours or on weekends.
- Support My Vision: Partner with me to manage the pipeline,
freeing me to close deals while you expertly handle critical
operational and client-facing tasks.Qualifications:We're looking

- Sales Savvy Professional: You have proven sales experience in
any industry, demonstrating your ability to connect with clients
and close deals. While real estate or a similar industry is

proactive mindset, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Exceptional Communicator: You're confident engaging clients via
phone, email, text, or in person, building strong
relationships.

including evenings and weekends, for open houses and client
meetings.
- Tech-Savvy: You're proficient in CRM systems, email platforms,
and messaging tools.
- Reliable & Professional: You're ready to thrive in a
fast-paced, in-office environment.Requirements:
- Dependable Transportation: You must have a reliable vehicle in
good condition for local travel to client meetings and open
houses.
- Local Residence: You must reside within a 20-mile radius of
Murfreesboro, TN, ensuring quick access to our office and client
locations.
- Must have a valid Real Estate LicenseAbout Company
