$45,000 Base + Commission - Bonus OptionsResponsibilities:As my
Sales Production Partner, you'll be at the heart of our operations,
taking on key tasks to ensure seamless transactions and exceptional
client experiences. Your responsibilities will include:File
Management & Organization: Meticulously clean up and organize
client files, ensuring smooth, error-free transactions.Document
Follow-Up: Proactively track and secure trailing documents to keep
deals moving forward efficiently.Client Communication: Monitor
incoming texts, emails, and messages from clients, responding
promptly and scheduling regular follow-ups to build lasting
relationships.Field Engagement: Represent our brand by meeting and
assisting me with private clients, hosting open houses, and
attending client meetings, often after hours or on weekends.Support
My Vision: Partner with me to manage the pipeline, freeing me to
close deals while you expertly handle critical operational and
client-facing tasks.Qualifications:We're looking for a motivated

office and client locations.Must have a valid Real Estate
