candidate will have a passion for customer service and experience
in service coordination, dispatch, or front office support. The
ability to communicate clearly, stay organized, and handle multiple
customer needs in a fast-paced environment is essential.
Compensation ranges from $16 - $19/hr plus commission on sales,
with opportunity for growth based on performance and contribution.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to: Assist
customers in person and over the phone with service-related
inquiries Schedule and coordinate service calls, installations, and
product deliveries Maintain and update customer accounts and
service records with accuracy Communicate clearly between customers
and our technical teams Resolve customer concerns with
professionalism and urgency Contribute to a positive team
