The primary goal of this role will be to promote Hunter Industrial fans through effective support of the Outside Sales team. This will include the creation of warm leads, executing web-based product demonstrations, order entry, and product / application support.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Investigates and resolves customer problems with deliveries
  • Calls prospective clients (End users, Contractors, and AES firms) in support of the Regional Sales Managers
  • Answers phone calls from the Regional Sales Managers and customers (general inquiries and technical questions)
  • Supports the Channel Directors and RSMs in any way necessary to drive sales
  • Estimates date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of own firm's production and delivery schedule.
  • Enters new customer data and other sales data for current customer into computer database
  • Enters all incoming orders into the ERP system
  • Support in the development of brochures, tech manuals, and training course content as necessary
  • Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from trade magazines, business directories, industry ads, trade shows, Internet web sites, and other sourcesEducation/Experience Requirements
    • HS diploma required Minimum
    • 2-years sales, customer service or marketing experience preferredSpecial qualifications or skills
      • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are necessary with an ability to quickly develop relationships with all levels of customers
      • The incumbent should possess an aggressive approach to all stages of follow-up with customers
      • Strong administrative skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently are also required
