Responsibilities:

Set appointments for buyers to go on home tours and view properties for sale
Manage and oversee the production of all written offers
Research the local real estate market and become an authority on the topic, so buyers are well-informed
Lead buyers through every step of purchasing a home
Participate in scheduled office meetings and training opportunities


Qualifications:

A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must have high school diploma or GED
Understands the real estate market and sales trends in our area
Possess a license to sell real estate or be in the process of obtaining one
Excellent speaking and listening skills
