work.WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE JOB:The Sales Contract Manager
is responsible for the creation, managing the negotiation process,
execution, and management of contracts to ensure compliance with
company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent
negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple contracts
efficiently. The Sales Contract Manager collaborates with internal
and external stakeholders to mitigate risks and ensure favorable
contract terms that align with business objectives.The work
location for this exciting opportunity is virtual. The selected
candidate will work 100% remotely from home and can be located
anywhere in the United States with a preference to work an East
Coast or Central hours.WHERE YOUR CAREER IS A FORCE FOR GOOD (Key
Responsibilities):* Draft, review, and manage the negotiating
process of contracts to ensure clarity, accuracy, and legal
compliance.* Proficiency in CLM software for contract management,
workflow automation, and reporting* Manage contract renewals,
amendments, and terminations while monitoring key deadlines and
obligations.* Collaborate with sales, legal, finance, and business
units to ensure contracts meet organizational needs.* Assess risks
associated with contracts and implement strategies to mitigate
potential liabilities.* Maintain accurate records of contracts,
terms, and modifications in contract management systems.* Establish
and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and
partners to facilitate smooth contract execution.* Ensure contract
governance, adherence to policies, and compliance with regulatory
requirements.* Resolve contract-related disputes and issues with
vendors, clients, or internal teams.* Provide training and guidance
to stakeholders on contract processes and best practices.* Analyze
and report contract data to support strategic decision-making.*
Serve as a subject matter expert and project leader for large
projects.Scope: Individual contributor that works under limited
supervision. Apply subject matter knowledge. Capacity to understand
specific needs or requirements to apply skills/knowledge.Note:

visas.WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (required/minimum
qualifications):Education: Bachelor's degree in Business
Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field
required.Experience: Minimum 7 years of related experience or
equivalent combination of education and related experience
required.Management Experience: N/ATravel: May travel and
participate in meetings and conferences throughout Red Cross
locations.Skills & Competencies:* Excellent negotiation and
communication skills.* Detail-oriented with strong analytical and
problem-solving abilities.* Ability to manage multiple contracts
efficiently while maintaining compliance.* Understanding of
financial implications in contract structuring.* Contract
management and data analysis.Nice to have: experience in sales
contract management in a health care setting.* Combination of
candidate's education and general experience satisfies requirements
so long as the total years equate to description's minimum
education and general experience years combined (Management

INFORMATION:The annual salary range for this position is $105K -
$125K. We do not offer an annual bonus for this role.Note that
American Red Cross salaries are aligned to the specific geographic
location in which the work is primarily performed. Other factors
that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your
specific skills, how many years of experience you have and
comparison to other employees already in this role. **We will
review specific salary information at the time of phone screening
based upon your location & experience.**This job will be posted for
a minimum of five business days and extended if the applicant pool
