Job Duties: Provide exemplary customer service to in-person and over the phone customers Answer and resolve customer questions using component and product knowledge of replacement parts and systems for all product lines Promote all merchandising specials, advertisement, and product lines awareness to customers to drive units per sale Assist in warehouse and vehicle inventory counts and adjustments Partner with Sales and Service department to fulfill customer orders Assist in parts display merchandising, warehouse maintenance and department housekeeping to include shipping and receiving parts orders Adhere to all GTR policies and procedures for pricing, loss inventory prevention and tracking loss sales Desired Competencies: Experience with heavy equipment and/or refrigeration unit parts preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Organized and detail oriented Team Player Basic computer skills to include outlook and Microsoft office suite Flexibility to meet changing demands Qualifications: Safety focused High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Forklift operation experience preferred 2 years' experience as a Parts Counter person or similar position preferred Benefits: Quarterly Bonuses Health, Dental and Vision Insurance 401K with company matching Company paid Short-term & Long-Term Disability Insurance We're an equal opportunity employer.
