Job Description:
Responsibilities: Contact regular and prospective customers
within the Alabama territory to demonstrate products and solicit
orders. Identify prospective customers using various outreach
methods Answer customer questions regarding products, pricing, and
availability. Recommend products based on customer needs and
interests. Perform follow?up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and
delivery dates. Consult with clients after sales or contract
signings to resolve issues and provide ongoing support. Build and
maintain strong customer relationships. Prepare drawings,
estimates, and bids tailored to customer needs. Collaborate with
the GBP design team for custom product designs and/or samples.
Arrange and direct product deliveries. Monitor market conditions,
product innovations, and competitor activity within the territory.
Perform administrative duties such as preparing sales reports,
maintaining records, and filing expense reports. Obtain credit
information for prospective customers. Qualifications: Knowledge of
selling principles and customer service practices. 5 years of
selling experience preferred. Understanding of the paper industry,
design, and departmental capabilities. Awareness of industry trends
and changing market conditions. Skilled in marketing and sales
presentations. Experience conducting meetings and collaborating
with cross functional teams to support sales efforts. Compensation
