Williamson Health and Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated part-time Phlebotomist to join our innovative healthcare team. This role focuses on providing top-notch phlebotomy services to in-patients by collecting blood samples effectively and ensuring the comfort of patients throughout the process. As part of our community-centric approach, the successful candidate will contribute directly to our mission of enhancing local health through superior care and detailed attention to patient safety and quality standards. Perform blood collection procedures from in-patients, ensuring minimal discomfort. Label and track specimens accurately, maintaining proper documentation. Follow strict safety guidelines and infection control protocols. Communicate effectively with staff and patients, providing instructions pre- and post-draw. Assist in the management of phlebotomy supplies and maintain a clean workspace. Expertise in venipuncture and capillary draw techniques Proficiency in using phlebotomy equipment Strong organizational skills Ability to maintain patient records Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) certification BLS certification preferred
