Job Description Job Description LHH is partnering with a rapidly expanding manufacturing company in Atlanta, GA to hire a talented Staff Accountant. This is an exciting opportunity for an accounting professional eager to grow their career in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in managing day-to-day accounting operations, driving process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cash and bank reconciliations Support month-end close activities to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting Prepare, review, and post journal entries across multiple accounts Record, monitor, and reconcile accruals Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including issue resolution and process tracking Maintain general ledger accuracy through account reconciliations and variance analysis Partner with internal teams to collect data and support reporting requirements Contribute to process improvement initiatives and documentation updates Provide assistance during internal and external audits Qualifications Bachelor's degree required (Accounting preferred) Minimum 3 years of recent, full-cycle accounting experience; manufacturing experience strongly preferred Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas) SAP experience highly desirable; other ERP systems a plus Strong understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Job Details Type : Direct Hire Schedule : Full-Time, On-Site Location : Atlanta, GA Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan.
