Job Description:
Ascension seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our

nursing care in an observation unit setting. Monitor patient
conditions continuously and evaluate health needs promptly.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Communicate
effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Implement physician directives and adhere to facility policies.
Document patient care services by charting in patient and
department records. Strong clinical skills in a hospital setting
Ability to monitor and assess patient conditions Proficiency in
using healthcare software and systems Effective communication and
interpersonal skills Capability to handle a high-stress, fast-paced

Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license Basic
Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life
