The ideal candidate will join a supportive team dedicated to professional development and exceptional patient care. Oversee and provide care to patients with cardiac issues and other complex illnesses, requiring telemetry equipment. Monitor patient vital signs and telemetry outputs, interpret data and adjust care plans as needed. Administer medications and therapies, monitor reactions and adjust treatments pursuant to doctor orders. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan, manage, and assess patient treatments. Participate in patient and family education concerning post-hospital care, medication, and treatments. Maintain patient confidentiality and documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and hospital standards. Proficiency in using telemetry equipment and interpreting cardiac outputs Strong clinical skills in a hospital setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team Adaptability and capability to function in a fast-paced environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Current and active RN license to practice in the state of Alabama BLS certification ACLS certification preferred
